Q: What services do you provide?

A: Our design focus is on weddings but we create custom invitations and paper products for any type of event. We love interpreting your vision and story into paper and are always up for a creative challenge. Be sure to check out our portfolio to see our past work.
 

Q: What is your pricing?

A: Pricing depends on the item, process, design time, and customization. A basic invitation suite (includes the invitation, RSVP, details card, and both envelopes) starts at $1,200 with commonly requested upgrades (wax seals, envelope liners, addressing, etc.) increasing the cost from there. Most of our couples spend $2,500-$3,000 on their invitation suites.
 

Q: Do you create the day of items like menus, place cards, signage, etc.?

Heck yeah! We love creating these items to be in sync with the invitations so your event has a cohesive and branded feel.


Q: Do you work with out-of-state or international couples?

A: Yes! We are based in Tucson, Arizona but we work with couples all over the world. You will be given access to your own private client portal where all of our communications and proofs will go. It makes it easy to work together no matter where you’re located.



Q: Do you have an order minimum?

A: We can print orders as low as 10. With that being said, the design and setup fees are the same regardless if we print 1 or 1,000.


Q: What is your turnaround time?

A: Turnaround time varies by project, customization, season/current work load, and client feedback/approval. We suggest allowing a two month turnaround. We are also pretty skilled at turning something around (aka-making dreams come true!) pretty quickly so don’t be afraid to ask and we can give you some options.


Q: When should I mail out my wedding invitations?

A: Save the Dates should go out 6-8 months (or earlier) before the wedding. Invitations are sent out eight weeks prior to the wedding. If it’s a destination wedding they would be sent out closer to three months before the wedding date. It’s never too early to start the inquiry process!
